Lottery Tax Credit-
You may claim the lottery and gaming credit for 2007 taxes, payable in 2008 if, on January 1, 2007 you owned a property, and used it as your primary residence for at least six months of the year. If you purchased a home after January 1 and the previous owner lived in the house as a primary residence, you may qualify for the lottery credit. Lottery and Gaming Credit forms are available at http://www.dor.state.wi.us/forms/lottery/index.html . Please do not bring these forms to the Town Office-they must be processed through the County.
